Williams was named the 1994 PAC-10 Player of the Year and was a 1st team All-PAC-10 from 1992-1994
She was a three-time All-WNBA 1st team selection and a three-time WNBA All-Star
In the American Basketball League (ABL), Williams was a two-time All-ABL 1st team selection and the 1998 ABL MVP
Williams help guide USA Basketball to the 2000 Olympic gold medal
She also guided USA Basketball to the 1998 and 2002 World Championships gold medals
