Arcain is a four-time Olympian guiding the Brazil National team to the silver medal in 1996 and bronze in 2000
She also led the Brazilian National team to the gold medal in the FIBA World Championship in 1994 and three medals in the Pan American Game (Silver-1987, Gold-1991, Silver-2007)
Arcain led three different teams to the Brazilian National Championships of Basketball.
She was named MVP of the Brazilian National Championship of Basketball three times (1999, 2001, 2002)
She was named MVP of the Brazilian League every year she played professionall.
