Events & Retail Manager 

Mercedes “Mercy” Scibilia is the Retail and Events Manager at the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, where she oversees retail operations, venue rentals, merchandise development, and guest experience initiatives. Since entering the East Tennessee event industry in 2021, Mercy has developed a strong background in leadership, event operations, marketing, hospitality, and audience engagement. Her experience includes managing large-scale events, leading teams, and developing merchandise and promotional initiatives. Mercy is passionate about creating experiences that elevate the visibility and impact of women’s basketball.
