Michelle Marciniak is a nationally recognized sports executive, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and championship leader whose career sits at the intersection of elite athletics, business innovation, and purpose-driven impact. A 1996 NCAA National Champion and Final Four Most Outstanding Player under legendary coach Pat Summitt, former WNBA professional player, and one of the first General Managers in NCAA women’s basketball, Michelle has consistently built and led at the highest levels. As Co-Founder and former Co-CEO of SHEEX, she pioneered the world’s first performance bedding company, raising more than $25 million in capital, securing 53 patents across 24 countries, and creating an entirely new consumer category. A member of the University of Tennessee Lady Vol Hall of Fame and the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame, Michelle has been recognized nationally for her leadership, entrepreneurial success, and impact on sport.


Michelle is also the Co-Founder of Pedal for Alzheimer's, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funding for Alzheimer's research, advocacy, and caregiver support. Inspired by her longtime mentor and coach, Pat Summitt, Michelle has become a passionate voice in the fight against Alzheimer's disease, leveraging her platform to advance education, fundraising, and hope for families affected by the disease.


Now serving as CEO of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, Michelle is leading the organization into its next era of growth, innovation, and global relevance. A recipient of the NCAA Silver Anniversary Award and a member of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship, she is deeply committed to leadership, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and advancing women's basketball while honoring its legacy, celebrating its present, and inspiring its future.
