- USA Basketball Women's National Team Director (1996-2021)
- Oversaw all USA Basketball women's team programs, including competitions, trials, and training camps, and served as liaison to women's competition committees
- Chaired the USA Basketball National Team Steering Committee and served as non-voting chair of the Developmental National Team Committee, and served on the National Team Player Selection Committee
- Primary architect of the 1996 U.S. National Team, which played 52 games worldwide leading up to the Atlanta Olympics
- Directed seven straight Olympic gold medal-winning teams (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020)
- Directed five FIBA World Championship gold medal-winning teams (1998, 2002, 2010, 2014, 2018)
- Elected president of FIBA Americas (2019)
- William Woods University Alumni Award of Distinction (2015)
- Served on the WBCA Board of Directors as Screening Committee Chair, First Vice President, President, and Past President
- Honored alongside the 1996 U.S. Olympic Team as a Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Trailblazer of the Game
