Coached the Canadian Olympic Team to a 10th-place finish at the 2000 Sydney Games
Served as head women's basketball coach at the University of Oregon, her alma mater, leading the Ducks to the WNIT Championship in her first season (2001–2009)
Was inducted into the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame (2001) and the Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame (2003)
Served as an assistant coach for the Canadian Women's National Team, helping lead the team to back-to-back gold medals at the 2015 Pan American Games and FIBA Americas Championship and a berth in the 2016 Rio Olympics, where she also served as an assistant coach
