Clarissa Davis-Wrightsil

• Led Texas to the 1986 NCAA Championship as a freshman with a flawless 34-0 mark, earning Most Outstanding Player honors at the Final Four
• A two-time Kodak All-American at the University of Texas (1987, 1989)
• Garnered National Player of the Year recognition, receiving the Naismith Award in both 1987 and 1989 and, her senior year, the Wade Trophy along with Champion, Mercedes Benz, and U.S. Basketball Writers Association Player of the Year accolades
• Named to the NCAA and Southwest Conference "Team of the Decade" for the 1980s, earning MVP honors on the SWC squad
• Tallied 2,008 points during her collegiate career for a 19.9 ppg average, ranking first in scoring average and third in total points on Texas' all-time charts
• Also ranks fourth in rebound average (8.7 rpg), fifth in field goal percentage, and eighth in total rebounds on the UT lists

• Played on the 1992 U.S. Olympic Team, a bronze medalist in Barcelona, as the team's second-leading scorer (13.0 ppg)
• Played professionally for seven seasons in Turkey, Japan, and Italy before returning to the United States, finishing her career with two seasons in the ABL and a season with the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury (1999)
