  • Led the Lady Leopards to a 383-157 mark in 16 seasons at Temple Junior College in Texas, placing her fourth on the win list of inactive basketball coaches within the NJCAA ranks (1962-1979)
  • Guided Temple Junior College to the first ever National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Women's Basketball Championship (1975)
  • International experience includes serving as an assistant coach with the USA Select Team (1978)
  • Served as head coach for the U.S. team at the World University Games, directing the USA to a gold medal (1979)
  • Served as manager for the USA Junior National Team (1981)
  • Served as head coach of the USA National Team (1982)
  • Served as head coach for the U.S. team at the Pan American Games, directing the USA to a gold medal, and served as assistant coach for the World Championship Team that same year (1983)
  • Completed her 31-year collegiate coaching career, with stints at Delta State University (1979-83) and Texas Christian University (1983-1993)
